Needles: A Pair of Aces.

No-Limit: A game structure in which players can wager any amount (there is no limit on the size of bets and raises). In Table Stakes poker games, players are still limited to the amount of money in front of them.

Nursing: Playing very conservatively, usually with a small stack of chips. ("Nursing one's chips").

Nuts: The best possible hand, most often used in games with a Flop like Texas Hold'em and Omaha Poker.

Nut Flush: Term used for the best possible Flush in a given hand.

Nut Straight: The best possible Straight in a given hand.
