Our Bugsys Club review covers players and competition, games & tournaments, software, support, and promotions. Bugsys Club is especially good for new players due to its integration with the poker school community, availablity of new opponents, Bugsy leagues, and lessons to get you started playing poker online. The table stakes and tournaments are not very large due to the limited overall player base. However, Bugsy's good software, promotions, and support have earned it a place on our top poker sites page. Bugsys Club is the online poker room affiliated with PokerSchoolOnline.com and PokerPages.com and is endorsed by Mark and Tina Napolitano.

Bugsy's Club Poker Games and Table Stakes

Bugsy's Club has the standard selection of poker games including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven Card Stud, and Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo. They have 3 different tabs for their games: Free Play Tournaments from PokerPages.com, Play Money Tourneys and games from PokerSchoolOnline.com, and Real Money games from BugsysClub (it's a little confusing at first, but you can quickly figure out what's going on). Table stakes at Bugsys Club range from $0.10/$0.20 to $20/$40 with fixed-limit, pot-limit and no-limit tables. There usually is not a lot of competition at the higher stakes tables.

Review of Bugsys Club Poker Tournaments

Bugsys Club has a good selection of tournaments, but they don't yet have the traffic to fill all the seats. They host three WSOP "Warm-up Events" during the year where you can win a seat in the World Series of Poker. They have a lot of players in the free tournaments, which is another good reason for new players to learn here.

Poker Software and Statistics

Bugsys Club has good software and unique graphics that have sort of a nostalgic feeling to them (a la Bugsy). The lobby provides useful information for the tables. The software also has detailed statistics and a player notes system.

Bugsys Club Bonuses and Promotions

Bugsys Club gives you BBPs (Bugsys Bonus Points) for playing in their real money raked games. New players can cash in the BBPs they earn to receive up to a $300 deposit bonus (50% of their initial deposit).
