I play with an online poker league and they play at different sites every week. I have at least 15 poker sites downloaded onto my computer. If you particularly like the site you frequent, there are many different things you can do to get the most out of that site. Most sites give you player points when you play in their ring games and tournaments. Depending on the tournament buy in and rake of ring games, the points you earn increase as the stakes you play increase. You can get free things with these points, as most online poker sites have an online store. Some sites let you use these player points in ring games. You and other players buy in with your player points and can play each other for them. Some sites also offer player point buy in tournaments. Most of the time they are qualifiers for another tournament, but they are well worth it if you qualify.
